* Please note, that because of this product being couriered, the UV light is not pre-installed on the system due to the fragile nature of the UV bulb. Installation is required, the unit is not supplied with the connection fitting between the UV Sterilizer and the 3 Stage Big Blue Unit.

* Due to the sensitive nature of electrical products, consumables such as bulbs, transformers and ballasts do not carry a warranty. it is recommended that you install a surge protector to avoid premature failure of these items. Install UV Ballast in water proof box to help protect and extend the lifespan against natural elements.

Big Blue Filtration System

Also referred to  a “Point-of-Entry” or “Whole House” Filtration System

Big Blue water filters work as point-of-entry (POE) systems, meaning they filter water as it enters a home’s plumbing system. This type of treatment provides chemical free filtered water to every faucet and water source in the house. Filtering water through a whole house water filter eliminates the risks of showering in contaminated water.

Big Blue Water Systems Are Easy To Maintain And Upkeep Costs Are Minimal.

Big Blue Filters will need to be replaced every 6 months to 12 depending on the type of filter, your feed water quality and water usage volume.

Replacement Filters for a basic 3 Stage Big Blue Filter System

Stage 1 – 5 micron Sediment Filter (20Inch BB Sediment Filter) – Recommended Filter Change – Every 6-12 Months

The Sediment Filter removes visible particles such as rust, mud, dirt and any other floating particles from the water.

Stage 2 – Carbon Block Filter (20Inch BB CTO Filter) – Recommended Filter Change – Every 6-12 Months

The Carbon Block filter is the next in line defense for any chlorine of organic molecules which might have got through. It also has a 5 micron filter ability.

Stage 3 – 1 micron Sediment Filter (20Inch BB Sediment Filter) – Recommended Filter Change – Every 6-12 Months

The Sediment Filter removes visible particles such as rust, mud, dirt and any other floating particles from the water.

Stage 4 – 55watt UV Sterilizer – Recommended Bulb Change – Every 12 Months

Kills harmful bacteria and viruses in the water.
