Thank you for the professional installation of the under-counter RO unit. I can highly recommend Osmotech for sound water filter advice, arranging the installation and doing so on time. This is one of the most pleasant service provider interactions that I have expereinced recently.

Johan from Osmotech provided the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! Almost two years ago, I purchased a UV system from him. When it was time to replace the bulb, he sent one over, but unfortunately it didn't fit. Johan spent the week trying to source the right bulb, and when he couldn't find one, he went above and beyond: he replaced my entire unit, couriered it to me, and even told me to keep the other UV light! Outstanding honesty and service. I couldn't recommend Johan and Osmotech higher!

Very happy with what I recieved. System was slightly different from what I saw on the website.
Deduction of 1 star is because the manual is a bit useless. But on that note I did use their WhatsApp to get clarification on wich lines go where.
It was after hours and I immediately got a response from them with a clear instruction. On how to connect and where the o-ring fit. No leaks when I started it up. And as you can see the TDS is very low. I bought this specifically for my carnivorous plants

I had a fantastic experience with Osmotech. Johan, was incredibly helpful and took the time to guide me through the process. He recommended a great place to have my water tested and gave honest, practical advice on the products I would actually need to solve the problem.

It’s rare to find this level of service these days. Every interaction with Osmotech has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I’m really impressed with the quality of service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing water treatment solutions

Purchased an undercounter water filter from Osmotech. Contacted company and Spoke to a gentleman going by the name of Johan. He assisted me in selecting the correct system for my personal requirement. Item was delivered speedily, on installation I experienced comissioning issues. I tried contacting him and at that time he was unavailable, not long thereafter I received a callback from Johan - he told me exactly how to address the problem and all was sorted.

Delivery was prompt. Maybe you should include a warning that the water will taste like like formaldehyde for a few days, even after I had it running for about 15 minutes after installing the new filters.
