2.5. Credit Card details are only stored for the processing of payment and will be deleted once payment is processed.

2.6. Osmotech (Pty) Ltd does not collect any sensitive personal information relating to racial and/or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious and/or similar beliefs from users.

2.7. Osmotech (Pty) Ltd will never sell, license, trade or rent your Personal Data to third parties for marketing purposes. Osmotech (Pty) Ltd may for legitimate law enforcement reasons share Personal Date with law enforcement agencies as explained below.

Personal Data required during registration may be shared with the South African Police Service, anytime Osmotech (Pty) Ltd believes the sharing of information is appropriate for the recovery of an item or to aid in an investigation of a theft and/or fraud, to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process or when we believe in good faith that the disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others.

3.2. Registered Users has no expectation of privacy of their data in relation the South African Police Service, when using The Website.

3.3. The description of an item that does not identify personal information is considered public data. Any personal data that you inappropriately included in an item’s description, may be view by any user on The Website and cannot be subject to any expectations of privacy. We strongly discourage including personal data in an item’s description and such information can be deleted from The Website at our discretion.
