Established in early 2019, OsmoTech (Pty) Ltd, have recognized the frustration of those consumers across South Africa who had no place to go for help, who could not find the correct water treatment systems, replacement parts and filters, or where they have been charges exorbitant prices for the products they found.

In this complete void of service, with  over 20 years retail experience and over 12 years in the water purification industry, we saw an opportunity to diverge from “industry standards and traditions” and to create a new type of business within the industry and our society.

A business focused on taking care of customers by solving their problems and offering them a dependable supply of quality products and services at affordable and competitive pricing.

Since we have launched our Online Store, we have quickly become a renowned name in the industry by following the same basic principles, to get better at meeting the needs of our customers to ensure a long lasting relationship.
