Overview of Refund and Return Policy

14-Day Return Policy – You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened, with all accessories and documentation included. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Restocking Fee – An 10% restocking fee will be applied to returned products after 14 days of purchase, but within 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund value.

Final Sale and Exceptions – There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any commercial and/or industrial components. All sales are final except only in the case of a manufacturer’s defect, back order (Refer to Terms and Conditions Policy) , unshipped pre-order (Refer to Terms and Conditions Policy), or undeliverable package (Refer to Terms and Conditions Policy).

Damaged or Detective Delivered Goods – In the unlikely event that an item(s) is delivered damaged and/or defective from Osmotech (Pty) Ltd, you will need to take a picture(s) of your damaged and/or defective item(s) within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Pictures of the damaged and/or defective item(s) will need to be emailed to info@osmotech.co.za . If the item(s) is not reported damaged and/or defective within 48 hours of receiving the goods, you will not be able to claim for a refund or exchange. Damaged and/or detective item(s) will be repaired and/or replaced at our own discretion. Damaged item(s) caused by improper installation will not be refunded and/or exchanged.
