No, we are closed on public holidays and weekends.

We do offer installation on our local area in Hartbeespoort and Brits in the North West Province.

Our product can either be installed DIY or you can request and installation quote from any plumber in your local area.

We offer 2 payment options:

  1. Online card payment through the PayFast Online Portal.
  2. EFT payment to Standard Bank.

Orders placed via EFT that is not paid within 2 days will be automatically cancelled.

All payments on our Website is processed through PayFast Secure Payment Gateway. Feel free to visit www.payfast.co.za for more information.

Advanced payment in full on all orders and/or back-orders. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment.

You can only use one promotional discount voucher in each individual order once.

Your discount voucher is valid for 1 month from the date your received it.

Discount vouchers can not be combined with any other discount promotions including sales.

There are a few reasons why this might be happening! If there is a sale going on, discounts are temporarily disabled. Discount codes also cannot be combined with other discount codes. You can only pay in (ZAR) South African Rand.

Clients may also collect their purchases directly from us. There may be a waiting period of 1-3 business days after placing the order, before you can collect, depending on if the item is in stock or requires assembly or manufacturing. Please call us beforehand if you’d like to arrange a pickup. We will inform you via email once your order is ready for collection.

Our office will email you a confirmation with all the necessary tracking details and tracking numbers as soon as your order has been dispatched. Your tracking number can be used to track your parcel directly with The Courier Guy via their website or call center.

All order are shipped by The Courier Guy – Standard Courier (Door-to-Door) – PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Door-to-Door Couriers DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid Street Address at checkout.

No, you can’t. We do not deliver to PO Box Addresses. We only deliver Door-To-Door.

Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed for the shipping methods.

Typically, we’ll get the courier to collect your order within 24 hours (provided that there are no payment issues). Our standard courier delivery is booked according to the delivery option that offers the best value and typically takes 1-3 days depending on the size of your order and location. Delivery may take up to 7 business days for large orders and/or remote areas.

Yes, you can. All orders are fully tractable through The Courier Guy website and tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Items offered on our Website are only available for delivery within the border of the Republic of South Africa.

There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers,but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.

In the unlikely event that an item(s) is delivered damaged or defective from Osmotech (Pty) Ltd, you will need to take a picture(s) of your damaged or defective item(s) within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Pictures of the defective item(s) will need to be emailed to info@osmotech.co.za . If the item(s) is not reported defective within 24 hours of receiving the goods, you will not be able to claim for a refund or exchange.

No you do not need to register an account to purchase from our website, we do offer a guest check out. I order for you to view previously purchased orders, you will need to register an account before placing an order.

New account registrations can be done on the check out page while doing your first purchase.
