Bio-ceramic Far Infrared Filter is composed of various kinds of ceramics, mixed with mineral oxides. The mixture of materials emit low-levels of Far Infrared (FIR) rays. Far Infrared rays are part of the natural light spectrum given off by the sun, but is invisible to the human eye. Recent studies have discovered that certain Far Infrared rays play an important role for formation and growth of all living organisms, these specific Far Infrared rays are called “biogenetic rays”.

If water molecules are exposed to oscillating action in the infrared wavelength, a resonance occurs. The resonance causes ionization of water into hydrogen and hydroxide ions. This ionization process is called “water activation”.

Water makes up 70% of mass in the human body, if such activation of water occurs in human cellular tissue, the metabolism of cells and excretion of residues from cells or nutrition are enhanced.
