Johan from Osmotech provided the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! Almost two years ago, I purchased a UV system from him. When it was time to replace the bulb, he sent one over, but unfortunately it didn't fit. Johan spent the week trying to source the right bulb, and when he couldn't find one, he went above and beyond: he replaced my entire unit, couriered it to me, and even told me to keep the other UV light! Outstanding honesty and service. I couldn't recommend Johan and Osmotech higher!

Very happy with what I recieved. System was slightly different from what I saw on the website. Deduction of 1 star is because the manual is a bit useless. But on that note I did use their WhatsApp to get clarification on wich lines go where. It was after hours and I immediately got a response from them with a clear instruction. On how to connect and where the o-ring fit. No leaks when I started it up. And as you can see the TDS is very low. I bought this specifically for my carnivorous plants

He assisted me in selecting the correct system for my personal requirement. Item was delivered speedily, on installation I experienced comissioning issues. Delivery was prompt. Maybe you should include a warning that the water will taste like like formaldehyde for a few days, even after I had it running for about 15 minutes after installing the new filters.
